I asked Mom(P) and she says she would not do that...I think they are other (P) and her friends

1) I am not sure if the naming is cultural or not,

but at every family event,

He would point to one of the cousins

and they were put on the spot,

if you could name everyone in order,

you did receive a reward and every year

the list got longer.

It is cultural to name your ancestors

back for 7 generations

so mom had a really difficult valentine's day

I want valentine's day back


both from my childhood and THE relationship


supposely teachers get the most valentines

the lack of court protection orders



a) violate the human right code


b) the charter of rights


c) the un convention


maslow's basic need for safety

i have weeks of complaints and submissions coming up


when did assertiveness become paper mania ?


contrary to the law here


a lot of agencies have lost or misplaced my medical information


and the expense and paperwork to investigate its whereabouts is unbelievable !

I believe that the assault two years ago was premeditated. I believe that they were waiting for me to be alone.

There is now an alarm post for security near where I was assaulted so no one will be isolated like i was.

I still have flashbacks about the assault


I am too sick these days to do much.

so one of my supports suggested

visiting the site of the assault

and to do some healing rituals


i had a support person with me for each day

and each day was different

each day brought up different feelings and memories


i am glad that i did the rituals


i am glad that this weekend was relatively safe


i am still reflecting on the events

the national day of remembering


in Canada

both times I had the same support person with me


today felt differently from the other visit

i went to the spot where i was assaulted last year


it had changed

i had changed

it seemed smaller than it was in the flashblacks

the flashbacks distorted certain moments

the visit put the distortions in a new perspective
