I have had a terrible headche all day. I came home late and missed a phone call from my nephew.
When I saw his name and the date on my call display I realized that it was the anniversary for my dad(perp)'s death. He is dead and I still do not feel recovered from his abuse

so last year I could not post for this anniversary

this year mom is feeling a lot of distress due to the behaviour of his family

and so am I.

I had hoped the nightmares would stop.

they have not

my brother "talks" to both my dad and our brother.

It is his way of way of coping with their deaths.

my nephew collapsed on good friday

he was taken to the hospital by ambulance

and spent 2 days in emergency


he is in the hospital still

and will be for weeks

he may need emergency surgery

if his condition does not improve


i may be in and out

i could use some pocket riders

mom and i talked today

nephew was discharged yesterday


and will need further surgery


once he recovers from his 2 surgeries !!!!



mom was also in hospital for a dramatic weight loss


at the same time


she was discharged today




yes !!

i had both mom and nephew in the hospital at the same time...

so for some of the family dynamics

that complicate my life

mom's family is in denial about abuse

but it is played out

a phone call from mom is a soap opera

what with the cousins and second cousins !!!!


mom did have power of attorney for brother and nephew


and now dad's family has power of attorney for mom

i am still ill

benefits are in a bigger mess

the hospital staff got me mixed up

with the hospital social worker !

i told mom about her new "daughter"

there was no mother's day visit

just phone calls


mom told me stories about her room mates


and mom's ed is still quite active !

so i am ill and need medical tests


nephew is seriously ill and may need emergency surgery

mom is ill and in the hospital


rapist and stalker keep intruding into my life
