I am grateful that my air conditioning is repaired

today I can barely walk because of my knee injury

my friend has been phoning fairly steady and is being supportful

and my head is still vibrating from my nephew's phone call

I am still sick with heat exhaustion.


My knee has improved a little.

I got some new glasses. I am still waiting for my glasses for working on the computor. Hopefully less typos !!


I am still doing my fantasy vacation. The local merchants are being very helpful.

I could not go to his funeral

I was flooding in abuse memories from ages 3 to 4 and age 8

and I was searching for stable counselling

bf starts affair with a co - worker

that he hid for over 2 years

a mutual friend told me

bf's dad :

was my emergency contact for work

was a reference on my resume

after weeks of no air condtioning, heat exhaustion

plus various health concerns,

my family doctor was able to get my landlord to repair my air conditioning.

now just to recover from the heat exhaustion !!!

So in 2005, there was yet another heatwave,

and the air conditioners in my building stopped working.

Landlords are not required by law to provide air conditioning even for medical reasons it seems.

The air conditioning units were removed, leaving a huge gap in the wall.

I wanted support
and got secondary wounding instead

harassed me
