  • people playing basketball on a sunday night
  • an able body, despite the pain
  • my boyfriend
  • making plans for adventures
  • not having to worry about money

I hear you. I think it is a step to be proud of when you realize that the anxiety is just that - anxiety, not an accurate reflection of the situation.
