REST IN HELL

I've been silent entirely too long.
Silent for 19 years.
Protecting you from justice
Drowning in my tears.

I was a young girl back then
Preparing to take on the world
The monster inside you captured me
and Retained me in its hold

You convinced others you were normal
You knew i knew the truth
Your demons would charm friends and family
My perfect match you were to suit

The day your fist came down
I saw hatred in your eyes
What have I done so wrong?
For you to look at me with such despise?

The beatings that you gave me
My pieces that you took
The force you used against me
My strengh was over-took.

I now live my life in fear
wondering where you are
looking over my shoulder
knowing your never far.

What made you want to do this?
What demon lives inside?
Someday while you rest in hell.....
Others you've hurt, I'll have by my side.
