So yesterday was a rough day and last night I couldnt sleep again. I laid in bed next to my spouse for hours unable to drift off. I'm too afraid of the nightmares that come and the panic attacks that I get after I wake up from a nightmare to allow myself to sleep. Trying to function today as mom of 3 was not happening. I dont like the person I am becoming because of all of this. Its getting harder and harder to hide whats going on to the people around me. I'm afraid to go back to see my T, now that she knows what happened. I feel like I'm going crazy.
