I don't get what it is...it seems like I am running a countdown..been raped a month ago, and I am tired of it. I don't go to T, however I am just so tired a run down. Nothing works anymore. I try to be strong and pretend it doesn't bother me, but I am starting to wonder if something is wrong...like I am going crazy or losing my mind slowly...feel like my world is made of water and I am slowly going under.....

I am so sorry you're feeling this way. Please be gentle with yourself, it has only been a month since this happened, and though it may seem like awhile- in terms of healing it is not really that long at all. You are NOT crazy or losing your mind, you were hurt and are hurting and are just trying to cope with that. I can relate to the feeling that you are slowly going under, which is why I think it's important to keep reaching out, keep trying to talk about how your feeling on here. It is normal that you are feeling upset and you have every right to feel this way. If you were considering going to a counselor it may help to have someone in RL to talk to about it. Though I understand if that's not something you are able to do for whatever reason. I'm thinking of you...
