My mother passed away a little more than a month ago and today is her memorial service. It will be well attended.


Words like beautiful, elegant, humor, a second mother...will be spoken.




God give me strength to get through today.

she's gone

She died this morning, just a little while ago. My Mom is gone. I am crying and I feel sad.

It's been a little over a year since I started yoga. Looking back I remember that once a week I would drag myself there. Drag myself because I was heavy with depression. A woman was demonstrating some sort of trick, using force of nature. It was a hose and combined with some other element I can't quite remember or make out -but it
produced a stream of hot water and to demonstrate it's power she aimed the hot stream of water at some poor bedraggled creature. It was a strange creature I made up for this...
