When my T first told me that he thinks I'm makeing amazeing progress in my healing from what B did to me. I was :unsure:/> at first but after I thought about it, I realized that he was right. Example #1: I've been able to be around J**** for an extended period of time and not freak out, because I know he wouldn't intentionally do anything to hurt me.
Example #2: I went on a date for the first time in 6 yrs and I managed to be relaxed, because it was with someone I kind of knew already and not a complete stranger.
