I have therapy tomorrow. I wrote those words. I don't know if I can say them. I don't think I can.

I don't think I can write anymore here tonight. I'm just really struggling.

(((missophelia))) Sounds like you've written enough my friend. As for saying them in therapy tomorrow - all you can do is try! If you can't do it please don't look at this as a failure but as a place to work from. I'm sorry this is so hard! My thoughts are with you!

You have such strength in you. You wrote them. That is a huge step. You couldn't before, and you did it. I don't think you have to push yourself to say them, just having written them is enormous. I know you've had your session already by now, but I just wanted to say what I would have said had I seen this when you made this entry.
