A list of things

This is just a list of things I hate. I just wanted to get them out, get them written down.
Some of them are triggers, some of them are a result of my being raped.
I apologize if any of them trigger any of you.

sleeping on my back or stomach--makes me feel vulnerable. I have to sleep with my bed against the wall, and my back to the wall

anyone standing or walking behind me, or sneaking up behind me

men in uniform

most men in general, unless they are really old

darkness and quiet at night

going out after dark

heavy breathing

being touched, or the thought of being touched sexually by my husband

having him in my head

being on medication

not being able to use alcohol to numb me

being numb

I HATE HIM

my rage

talking about myself

talking about the rapes
