I went out to the store, then stopped to get gas. Ran into a cop. Big trigger for me. Can't describe how horrible I feel right now. I don't know what to do, other than to take my meds and go to bed. Guess I will.

I'm so sorry you were triggered by the cop, MissOphelia. Triggers are so hard to deal with sometimes, but keep typing and talking, and you will hopefully feel better soon. At the very least, you now know you can survive these types of situations (meeting certain people who trigger you), so that is kind of an important step in and of itself...you're okay, despite the trigger. http://www.pandys.or...fault/smile.gif
