Still getting prank calls

Well, I got that first prank call that caused me to panic, I got another call from the same person on the way to therapy on Wed. He didn't say anything this time, he just sit there. I told him not to call me again and hung up. I was still in a panic when I went to therapy and my t calmed me down. I hadn't got another call until today. He called me again when I was on the phone with a friend talking. My husband was home and I tried to get the phone to him so he could talk to him, but he hung up too quickly, again he didn't say anything. I like it better when he doesn't say anything, but it is still scaring me.

I called the police about it the first night but they never called me back. I just called the police again, and they told me that if it is restricted that there is no way for them to find out who it is. They told me to call the phone company and ask them if they can block those types of calls, and the phone company also said that there was nothing they could do.

Then after I talked to them, he called me again. This time my husband answered and he hung up. We will see what happens now. Hopefully, he won't call me back again.
