Well, guess it is about that time again, things are bothering me, here we go again. I am out of school for the summer and have a lot of time on my hands, which is nice, but also makes my thoughts go there. Plus, having regular therapy sessions again, and of course that is always triggering. I am carrying around this sadness again, and wishing that I had someone to confide in, to talk to that cares, a good friend.
I wish that I did not always have this to carry around with me, this reality, sadness, and anger. I know it is all there beneath the surface, and it ends up being this anchor that holds me down. I need something more than I am getting with therapy, but I don't know where to find it, there is nothing more. It is just me stuck with my thoughts, feelings, and memories, dealing with it all on my own.
