The clinical definition of insane is doing the same thing the same way over and over again expecting different results.
This sums up my path to well and whole.
That said. Maybe its the stubborn part of me or just a determination to prove people wrong. But I am still trying. My life has got to be better and I have to rise above this. There has to be something better coming my way.

I feel similarly, sometimes, we get knocked down and it takes a while to stand back up. It happens, though. I've been here before, and overcame difficulty

I completely understand. I know what it's like to feel like you're drowning, but you know you're above the surface of the cold, dark waters. You'll get there! It takes lots of time, and lots of "am I going to get through this?" Hang in there.
