First, I am completely off sleeping pills to fight insomnia YAY!
Second, I have divorced (Kinda yay kinda not so much)
Third, I am seeing a supporting loving man (YAY!)
Fourth, I now see my T only 3 times a month (Big YAY! because this was both our decisions based on my progress)
Fifth, I lost 124 pounds in 2 years (Bigger YAY!)
Sixth, I completed my Masters degree (Huge YAY)
Seventh, I am comfortable in my own skin (mostly)
Now the bad parts
I need a job BOO!
I need to feel better about myself and not judge my actions so harshly
I need to find something more than a happy medium with regard to my progress toward recovery
I need to love myself more
Well thanks for listening to my update I guess the positives still outweigh the negatives so that is good.
