I have been listening to the concert " LIVE EARTH " telecasted from 9 cities around the world

I had a really spicy lunch

My one pair of glasses distorts the computor screen

I understand why I need the computor glasses


this is like looking through a fish bowl

my computor glasses are ready to be picked up - YAY !

a grief group


a writing group for trauma surivors


I have been in quite a few writing groups since age 16


and a reiki group so that I can get the most benefit from individual sessions

I am trying peppermint gel to treat the muscular tension and pain that I am experiencing


I was using some items from Shopper's


Yesterday I used peppermint gel from the body shop

I hope it works !!!!!!
