I have had a terrible headche all day. I came home late and missed a phone call from my nephew.
When I saw his name and the date on my call display I realized that it was the anniversary for my dad(perp)'s death. He is dead and I still do not feel recovered from his abuse

i have today "off" from the hospital

so that i can have my own medical testing


my benefits are in a worst mess than from when i first start appealling

my benefit workers work to ensure that i do not get my benefits

There is now an alarm post for security near where I was assaulted so no one will be isolated like i was.

a friend at university inspired a poem by this title

i spoke with her yesterday

i broke up with several boyfriends after writing this

i also wrote a lot of poetry that year

i told her i am writing again

so i received a dvd for the holidays

it actually was really trigerring


it was a 2009 movie

and the protrayal was quite accurate

especially the victim blaming of the female lead

although this movie was not presented as an expose of sexual harassment

supports in real life are agreeing that it is disturbing

it had changed

i had changed

it seemed smaller than it was in the flashblacks

the flashbacks distorted certain moments

one of my wendo instructors suggested this comment

in her class


it would leave no doubt

and gives a clear message


however, many of my assaults were confusing

and my counselllors just added to the confusion


the advocate, in stead did ask clarifying questions

and heard enough to say that the assaults were reportable
