i am thankful that


nephew survived the months of surgery

i do not have a broken wrist

although there is a city sidewalk that need to be fix



and that mom received medical treatment

for her broken shoulder from her fall

while visiting a friend

For a couple of years now there is a new technique being promoted as a "treatment" for PSTD. It is also promoted for as treatment for every imaginable medical problem I have started it for the next 9 weeks. I am not asking for medical advice I can get that from my family doctor or chiro. So my family doctor gave me a prescription to celebrate my birthday for a month,

she thought I had earned it

so 4 birthday cakes later

a raspberry layered cake last week

a decadent chocolate layered cake with yellow roses this week

and at least 2 huge virtual cakes

my new chiro did a gait assessment

and discovered that my walk

has definitely been affected

she is more observant


that the bodywork therapist

and advanced physio therapist

I am trying to relearn walking now

i got to briefly tell my chiro about the assessment

in the middle of the esculation of the last 36 - 48 hours

my fave is the modified exercise

so that my condition does not worsen
