I'll give this a go, i can't sleep at all. have removed the kids section.

SELF ESTEEM

I've cried, and I've bailed to hide in the kitchen on the floor because all I knew to do was to separate myself from the situation. I'm not available emotionally during sex. I never truly have been. Men I've been physically intimate have always been the ones to cry, or cuddle. Men's sexual propensity is most injurious, and distressing to me now that I am romantically invested. This is not his fault. He has a heart of gold. It's just that I've yet to find a way around the ache that manifests in my mind and literal physical body on the subject of man and his natural provocative inclination. I'm trying very hard to change this about myself.

I've cried, and I've bailed to hide in the kitchen on the floor because all I knew to do was to separate myself from the situation. I'm not available emotionally during sex. I never truly have been. Men I've been physically intimate have always been the ones to cry, or cuddle. Men's sexual propensity is most injurious, and distressing to me now that I am romantically invested. This is not his fault. He has a heart of gold. It's just that I've yet to find a way around the ache that manifests in my mind and literal physical body on the subject of man and his natural provocative inclination. I'm trying very hard to change this about myself.

SEXUALITY

Hello. I am new on this Forum. I wish I had found it ages ago! :( I think it could have helped with a lot of things that I still continue to have problems with. Now that I have found it, I would like to work my way through the posts/threads to see what I can learn from, help myself further on.

This one seemed like a really good place to start!

After a long hiatus from pandy's, I'm here checking up on myself. I've got a few reasons, but mainly I'm looking to make sure I'm still on the right track, and identify any issues I still need to work on. This looks like a good exercise for that.

3. I feel ashamed. -Less now than in the past, but sometimes.

5. I feel powerless. -In certain situations, I will feel uncomfortable if I feel like I am in a state of powerlessness.  

6. If people really knew me, they'd leave. -No. 

7. I want to die. Not often.  

8. I want to kill myself. Not anymore.

10. I have a hard time taking care of myself. Sometimes this is still a problem.
