Whenever I hear about bishop Vangheluwe (I really think I can name him because what he did is public), who commited CSA and gave an interview last year that re-traumatized me.

Fire stairs and stair workers, the underground, police series, police in general, gyneacologists (which is not that weird), people who yell or raise their voices, sometimes music, train stations (especially in the capital city), sometimes men in trust positions, sometimes being alone at home (especially when it's dark or raining outside), people who keep saying they love me and expect me to do so, low ceilings, doing self defence exercises, being called 'slut' or other names on the street,...

EDIT: I was brought aware about the fact that Vangheluwe is not well-known (in an international context). He did admit having abused kids. This is the wikipedia page on him:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roger_Vangheluwe

Please take care when reading it; it can trigger. You can also find bbc articles about him; just google 'vangheluwe bbc' or something.

Wierdest trigger ever: tomatoes! It's terrible since I want to live in Belize when I graduate, but at least I'm starting to get better with it.

Other weird ones: lying on wood floors, orange ceiling lights, big hands, "Ain't that America" song, unfortunately Nora Jones, and people with moles in their eyes.

*The middle room in a hallway

*Dark hallways

*The old roll-top desks

*Gun cabinets

Muffled voices.

People standing in front of a window or doorway so bright that you can't see their faces.

Other things that are less strange, too... these are just the 2 that I don't understand.

I don't know if these are triggers, per se, but I hate them and they make me extremely uncomfortable:

-- terms of endearment (especially from men)

-- hearing/reading anything about CSA (Sandusky trial, ugh)

-- tickling (double ugh)

-- anyone touching my ears (especially men)

-- anyone pinching/squeezing the fat on my belly or arms (especially men)

Were you given sedation of any kind. It happened to me in a dentist chair too. Weird huh?

They're not really triggers as much, but still make me feel blecky:

-Bright colored decorating hearts, heart shaped boxes of chocolate, really anything valentines day related.

-Having my wrists held, or having my arms held above my head

-Pinching or specific special attention to my nipples especially

-Having to walk through slush or any kind of wet snow

-Any kind of rape or abuse in the media. I almost vomited while watching The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.

I have a lot I'm realizing. And others are also appearing. Just all seem so strange because some are just words.

*Having my arms and hands restrained in any way. (docs tried this recently and I freaked out)

*Seatbelts, I feel trapped

*closed spaces in cars. (the 4rth of July, I rode to the fireworks with family member and they wanted to put me in the middel but I started panicking)

*R word or jokes..someone on twitter did this recently and I went off

*blaming abuse victims in any way

*the span*** word (can't stand to even hear a parent say it and I will go off)

* belts or hearing them come undone

* I now hate the word panties so bad

* loud cars

* being alone in the dark at times

* Being in a crowd

* men staring at me even if it is innocent

* loud noises

* yelling, even if it isn't yelling directed at me

* anger even if it's not directed at me (feel bad it seems my bf can't be in a bad mood or I get scared and upset)

* pain..even if it's some other kind of pain not dealing with what happened... makes me remeber the physical pain

* blood

*needles (I always had a phobia of needles but now it's even worse)

* lying on my stomach makes me freak out

* storms

* Now hands and that's the weirdest one

* some sex talk

I have sooo many I may add more later...I am still figuring out what some of mine are.
